Allstate and State Farm Deny, Delay, and Defend
CNN’s Anderson Cooper investigates how Allstate and State Farm have changed the way they handle “minor impact accidents”. The new practice treats each customer making a claim as a fraud claim, ultimately denying a claim or settling for small amounts.
The second part of the video goes into tribulations people face when taking your insurance company to court. Your insurance company may use your personal history against you to deny your claim as well as show pictures of your car showing minor damage.
